As the world globalization,intercultural communication become an important element of contemporary society,cross-cultural communication ability but also in business,education,cultural and diplomatic aspects become one of indispensable for examination and assessment of ability.International Chinese language teachers as the national language culture and the foreign exchange of important transmission path difference in intercultural business communication and daily,cross-cultural communication has its own unique requirements and cross-cultural communication ability training system.At present,in order to train international Chinese teachers of Chinese international education development in colleges and universities and also not lack of cross-cultural communication in the curriculum course,but in the face of the complicated cross-cultural communication teaching materials,many teachers have no choice and no of cultivating cross-cultural communication system,according to the characteristics of the Chinese international education and the development characteristics of international Chinese language teachers,in this paper,by analyzing cross-cultural adaptation research status at home and abroad,in the intercultural communication of Chinese international education professional ability request,through the analysis of the teaching material content,cross-cultural communication research in the international Chinese teachers' cross-cultural communication needs of southeast Asian nations,with statistical software for quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis of the interview content,based on the theories of cultural adaptation,from the consciousness of intercultural communication,cross-cultural communication skills,and cross-cultural communication teaching materials three aspects put forward the international Chinese teachers' cross-cultural communication ability training.As far as the eye can see in the end,according to the research and analysis,thinking the direction for future research of the cross-cultural communication to adapt to the deficiency of this study and reflection.
