" Shall I help an elderly fall ? " is a topic that can be widely attended by the Chinese society,it has sparked a national debate,and people are constantly struggling between morality and self-protection,making it difficult to decide.Therefore,the concept of interpersonal apathy is put forward in the phenomenon of danger or death.Most of the research include the impact of moral concepts,trust in psychology,empathy and other factors.Individual cognition will influence their behavior,the effects of differences in internal and external attribution of interpersonal indifference phenomenon,whether others are present and also affect the rescuers rescue behavior of the individual,The study of this issue is of great significance for improving the phenomenon of interpersonal indifference.In this study,577 college students from four universities in Yunnan Province were selected for the relation of the responsibility attribution and phenomenon of interpersonal apathy.The methods about documentary analysis,situational questionnaire survey and experimental design were used.And we mainly discuss two questions: at first,when other are present or absent,whether people's subjective attribution of the matter of the elderly in distress is predictive of interpersonal apathy;whether the cost of helping and bystander effect are influence on interpersonal apathy under the condition of internal attribution.The main conclusions of this study are as follows:1.When there was no passer-by,the subjective responsibility attribution had a significant effect on interpersonal apathy,that is,the helping behavior of internal attribution was significantly higher than that of external attribution.2.When there was passer-by,subjective responsibility attribution for interpersonal indifference had no significant difference,that is,the level of internal attribution and external attribution are similar on helping behavior.3.When there was no passer-by,the main effects of objective responsibility attribution and payment costs on interpersonal indifference are significant,that is,theinfluence of these two factors on the behavior of helping others is relatively independent.4.In the presence of others,the main effects of objective responsibility attribution and payment costs on interpersonal indifference are significant,and their interactions are also significant.
