Criticism And Exposition Of Lyric Group Ou Yin

Studying lyrics of the late Qing dynasty and Republic of China is a one of the research hotspot these days and scholars are gradually moving attention to this field in recent years.Although the lyric groups in the late Qing dynasty and Republic of China is admitted as a significant component of the lyrics of that time,there are insufficient studies in this field at present.Consequently,this thesis chooses one of them,Lyric Group Ou Yin,as the research object.Lyric Group Ou Yin which was established a little after the Chinese Valentine's Day of 1895,is an important lyric groups in the late Qing dynasty.Most of those members who successively joined in this group are important personages in other lyric groups and the literary world of that time.Not only their works are outstanding with distinctive features,their achievements in the arrangement of lyric collections and the research of literary theory are also considerable.Investigating the aspects such as activities,works and thoughts of Lyric Group Ou Yin,will be helpful for understanding the development of lyric written in the late Qing dynasty and Republic of China.based on the method of criticism and the collecting and editing works of documents about Lyric Group Ou Yin,this thesis is striving to restore the appearance of Lyric Group Ou Yin,explore the relationship between Lyric Group Ou Yin and lyric groups in that time and their affection.The introduction is to review the development of the studies about lyric groups in the late Qing dynasty and Republic of China and the present research about Lyric Group Ou Yin and main members.This thesis is made of three chapters.The chapter one is trying to restore the appearance of rising,activities,works and dissolution of Lyric Group Ou Yin by researching documents.The chapter two is to strengthen the understanding of Lyric Group Ou Yin by criticizing members' biography and experiences.The chapter three is to investigate members' works and theories,to analyze the characteristic style of their works and summarize their achievements on lyric theory by studying their works.
