The Study On Relationship Among The Sense Of Lack,Moral Behavior And Prosocial Behavior

With the popularity of ?In the name of people?,the concept of "lack of sense" has increased greatly on the Internet.But we seldom find relative research in academic field.Therefore,this sthdy attempt to develop a new questionnaaire of the sense of lack and to explore the relationship between the sense of lack and moral behaviors.This study is devided into three studies.The first study refers to the compilation and initial survey of the lack of sense of questionnaire.Firstly,we determine the dimension of the questionnaire through the summary of the relevant literature and the suggestions of some experts,the lack of money and lack of spirit.Then,we determine 12 items through the collection of student interview records and the network data and the relevant literature.After the initial survey,we got the questionnaire of the sense of lack that contains two dimensions and eight items.In the second study,we further explored the relationship between the sense of lack and moral judgment.On the one hand,we got a formal questionnaire of the sense of lack with good reliability and validity.The total reliability coefficient of the total questionnaire is 0.794,the reliability coefficient of the lack of money is 0.813,and the reliability coefficient of the lack of spirit is 0.739.Moreover,the structure validity of the questionnaire is good.The correlation between the dimensions of the questionnaire was 0.408,and the correlation between the dimensions and the total questionnaire was 0.793 and 0.880.In addition,we find that there is no significant correlation between the lack of feeling and the subjective and objective economic status.Lack of spirit can predict the possibility of doing these things in moral judgment.But there is no significant correlation between the sense of lack and the judgment of other people's immoral behavior.Study three explored the relationship between socioeconomic status,childhood poverty,the sense of lack and moral behavior.The results showed that there was a significant correlation between the sense of lack and childhood poverty,and there was no significant correlation between the sense of lack and subjective or objective socioeconomic status.Also,there is there is a significant negative correlation between the sense of lack and the willingness to prosocial behavior.In addition,the spirit lack play a partial mediating role in the relationship between childhood poverty and some prosocial behaviors.In summary,our results show that the sense of lack is positively related to childhood poverty,but there is no relationship between the sense of lack and socioeconomic status.Then,a person who has higer sense of lack is more likely to lower one 's possibility of doing immoral behavior,and it has nothing to do with the judgement of other people's immoral behavior.In addition,a person who has higer sense of lack is more likely to lower one 's willingness of doing prosocial behavior.Finally,mediator data demonstrated that the lower willingness of prosocial behavior of a persson who experience poverty in the childhood are accounted for,in part,by their higher sense of lack.
