Study On The Optimization Strategy Of Education Service In Children's Palace

At present,the education of the children's palace is developing in a good manner,playing a unique role in education in the process of building socialism with Chinese characteristics.It has become an important frontier for strengthening the ideological and moral construction of juveniles and carrying forward the quality-oriented education.Meanwhile,the whole society witnesses ever-growing demands for education provided by children's palace.Against such a backdrop,the paper takes CWI Children's Palace as a case by researching its practice in offering public service,further reflects on and discusses how the children's palace,as a public-welfare off-campus education institution,takes proactive action to exert its advantageous influence more effectively,so as to realize “sharing quality resources in a fair manner”,“maximization of benefit from education service”,and better satisfy the public demands of all aspects of society in this field.The author adopts literature and interview research methods.By searching related literature,the author actively learns from existing research results on the basis of understanding of domestic and abroad research status.At the same time,through the collating and review of the China Welfare Institute Children's Palace related documents such as plans,summaries,briefings,educational campaign texts and cases,etc.,collecting literal data regarding the speeches and reflection by new and old team members and other service objects,conducting individual interviews in combination with the content of the paper,the management concepts and concrete measures of the Children's Palace educational services are analyzed thoroughly.This paper builds the argument based on four aspects.The first is the elaboration of the core concepts and theoretical basis;the second is the status of children's palaces education services;the third part embarks on the core link of the paper,proposes its existing issues and causes at the current stage;last but not least,revolving around the problems,it put forwards optimization strategies of rationality,innovation and practicability,thereby generating the research achievements of this paper.In particular,it emphasizes adherence to public welfare,high quality,equalization,and innovation,and adheres to the core concept of education-oriented,interest-oriented,experience-based,and focusing on personality research.Meanwhile,we should proactively adhere to the guiding ideology of “people-oriented,for public sharing,benefiting more teenagers with quality resources”.We should adopt "diversified" service initiatives centered on "enriching educational content","expanding service form" and "extending educational object";and adopt "characterized" development measures centered on "networking,digitalization," "personalization,menu-style" and "social cooperation".Thus,we will promote and improve the education career of children's palaces better,further promote the maximization of the service benefits of children's palace education,and allow high-quality education resources to benefit more teenagers and social groups.
