Image Analysis In Woolf's Works

Virginia Woolf is the most famous female writer in the history of British literature.She combines poetry with novels for the first,so become a generation of stream of consciousness master.In her novels,we can see the sea,lighthouse,room,night and day and other beautiful pictures,which can also enjoy the different psychological history in the book.She combines the images in the poem with the plot of the novel,created a part of the classic novel.Read her novel,as if into a huge picture of the beautiful,enjoy the dream of nature scenery,feel the complexity of the characters in the book,so that their souls to accept the philosophy of life education.Later,many writers studied the works of Woolf,they mainly from the image,the feminist view of the novel and other aspects of research,and achieved a lot of results,but there are some deep-rooted ideas did not express it.In this paper,we look at Woolf 's works from the perspective of prototypical image.We hope to use the prototype and image weapon to discover the inspiration,the essence of thought and the emotion expressed by the author,and get the new research result of Woolf' s work.The main content of this article is divided into three parts,the first part is to introduce some of the basic theory,including Woolf some basic information,prototype and image concept.The second part is the concrete prototype image research,focusing on the analysis of water prototype images and mythological images.The third part is the in-depth analysis of the author's novels of the background and her works want to express the essence of the idea.
