On The Temporality Of Matisse's Painting

Throughout the history of art,the twentieth Century sprang of the beast was sprang up,the critic gave the beasts a label: bold and bold,modeling summary,the brushwork is extensive and powerful,create a strong visual impact,there is a clear tendency to expressionism.As the core figure of the beast movement,Matisse is considered to be the most beast like painter,with obvious expressionism tendencies,and the research scope of Matisse's art is mostly based on the study of his painting form language and painting style under the background of beast doctrine,we seldom see the comprehensive and systematic analysis and research of the two relations between their basic artistic conception and artistic creation.In the art of Matisse,Matisse put forward the basic artistic idea solemnly: he conceived of existence as flowing,finally,it is necessary to express an imperceptible current in the past and future,we must discover and explore the forms that can express the more essential characteristics of things,and the form of expression must be closelyrelated to his basic artistic ideas.This idea is astonishingly similar to the concept of prolonged time put forward by philosopher Bergson,Matisse spent his life making and exploring around this artistic concept.Finally,I forward the argument: Matisse's painting is of time.But in the field of painting theory,we usually interpret painting as a visual spatial art,there is less talk about the timeliness of painting,or a few people's elaboration on the concept of time in individual artistic phenomena,however,the timeliness of Matisse's art has not been systematically studied.Therefore,the value of this study is to introduce Matisse's timeliness of painting into the field of painting theory research,to make up for the lack and deficiency of this problem in the field of painting theory research,and the proposal of this view will help people change their inertial thinking,get more valuable thinking;At the same time,the paper is linked together,the two fundamental relationships between Matisse's basic artistic conception and artistic creation have been studied comprehensively and systematically,it is different from the study of formal language and style in existing research materials,fully discuss the intrinsic relationship between Matisse's painting and duration,it also has practical guiding significance to our creation;In this paper,we mainly use the method of literature analysis and art image analysis to demonstrate the timeliness of Matisse's painting,from the explanationof the time of painting,Matisse's life,the formation of Matisse's artistic conception,in Matisse's painting form language,the structure,the line,the shape,the color,the internal relation of the subject matter and the time,and the time value and influence of Matisse's painting are systematically and objectively discussed.This text has an objective and rigorous attitude,it will restore the intrinsic nature of Matisse's art.
