To Seek The Greatest Common Divisor Of Interests-Study On Distributive Justice In Economic Area In Contemporary China From The View Of Ethics

This paper focus on the present situation of the distribution of economic interests in China today and facing the challenges and difficulties,adhere to the historical materialism viewpoint,In Marx's theory of distributive justice as the support and the western theory of distributive justice as the guide,From the ethical perspective,analyze the current situation of our country interest distribution pattern and the root of the conflict of interest the class groups,to explore their common economic interests' needs,seek China's greatest common divisor of each class in the distribution of benefits.According to the analysis of all levels of the group characteristics and its development status and actual needs,based on the maximum of the liberation and development of the productive forces,further explore their open cooperation and efficient way of fair competition,study build "groups at all levels in the common development,sharing development achievements" of the new benefit community in our country,On this basis,putting forward China's interests distribution justice theory of three aspects: One is the starting point of distributive justice,procedural justice and result justice;Second is pointed out that the development of "joint development and sharing" a comprehensive understanding of the;Third is to emphasize the interests of distributive justice four important concept-the market mechanism,the functions of the government,the rule of law guarantee and the understanding of social policy,in order to optimize the related questions of distributive justice in our country.In this paper,the basic structure of the general is arranged like this:The first chapter combed the research background of this article,the current Chinese social justice,especially the challenge for the profit distribution field,summarizes the research both at home and abroad,to determine the article research purpose and meaning,research method and train of thought and the innovation of the article,based on the needs of man's all-round development,to seek the greatest common divisor of the class interests,build a community of interests,the liberation and development of the productive forces,to all levels of group "common development,sharing achievement" the theory of requirements of the Chinese dream,promote social fairness and justice.The second chapter is on the basis of related concepts defined in this paper,we put the Marx's theory of distributive justice as a thinking in today's China economic interests allocation problem of support: one is to realize person's full scale development should start from to achieve social fairness and justice;Second,we can through the liberation of productive forces in order to improve production methods,so as to solve contradictions existing in the distribution.At the same time,the western theory of distributive justice,Rawls "theory of distributive justice",Nozick "hold justice theory" and communitarians' from the Angle of community or community consider the needs of its members and interest distribution",while emphasizing integral attaches importance to the basic ideas of the needs of the individual,as it is for us to study the distributive justice enlightenment and reference in China.The third chapter combed the distribution structure before the founding of new China,and analyzes the consequences,as a study of a reference of distributive justice in our country;Finishing at the same time after the founding of our country's distribution policy implementation,in order to get its research history lessons and inspiration of distribution justice in our country.The fourth chapter through the summary in the current profit distribution after the basic pattern,an overview of all classes in economic,political,cultural,and social interests contradiction and conflict,analysis the root cause of the contradictions and conflicts of interests of various classes,provide realistic basis for study of distributive justice in our country and the direction.The fifth chapter put forward the principle goals and constitutive requirements to improve the our country's distributive justice: Specifically,there are three principles,namely,beginning justice,procedural justice and result justice,to ensure the basic survival of each class,the opportunity to enjoy the equal participation and sharing have a reasonable income distribution difference;The Goal is to build a community of interests,we should respect for the interests of all strata and alleviate the conflict between the class groups,so they can effectively cooperation,gathering their advantages,and finally promote the social's development.Finally,pointed out four constitutive requirements of distributive justice in our country,the market mechanism,government functions,and the rule of law,security and social policies.Detailed description is,let the market play a leading role in the allocation of resources,Innovating of the government's macroeconomic regulation and control mode,Promoting the function of law,and strengthening the social self-management,in order to reach the purpose of easing social contradictions among and constructing a harmonious society.
