The Compilation And Research Of The Song Dynasty Orography

Local gazetteer was stereotyped in Song dynasty.Although orographie is one kind of it,the studies of Song dynasty orography are scant.This master's dissertation is aim to fill the gap of this domain.The paper has two parts.Part?has three chapters.The first chapter describes the definition of Song Dynasty orography and introduces the bibliography,the backgrounds and the writers.The second chapter discusses the characteristics of the orography,including its types,styles and narrative modes.The third chapter is a collection of forty-three books attached to Song dynasty orography.I detaile the reasoning and evidence that support the bibliography in this part,and this chapter is the most important foundation of this dissertation.Part ? is the list of lost works about the orography,compiled from other books.I proofread these works and write comments in order to perfect the studies.
