As an excellent thinking quality,critical thinking has been increasingly concerned by educators,and its level reflects the independence and reflexivity of individual thinking,especially playing an important role in information judgement and problem solving.However,the development and resolution strategy of interpersonal conflicts depend on the ability of information judgement and problem solving.So this study attempts to explore the relationship between high school students' critical thinking and interpersonal conflict resolution strategies.Based on the self-management theory,the group counseling program is designed to influence the interpersonal conflict resolution strategies by improving the ability of the senior high school students' critical thinking ability,and try to explore the systematic intervention scheme of the senior high school students' critical thinking,providing a reference for the following researchers.This study is divided into two parts:part one uses the method of questionnaire survey,including the Chinese version of critical thinking disposition inventory and children's interpersonal conflict resolution strategies scale as research tools,1505 senior high school students were investigated;on the basis of part one,part two designs critical thinking group counseling program,recruiting 42 subjects who are randomly divided into three groups:counseling group of critical thinking,reading materials group of critical thinking,and the experimental conditions without intervention.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)There are significant differences among senior high school students' critical thinking and interpersonal conflict resolution strategies according to different grades.(2)In high school,girls tend to ask for others help to solve interpersonal conflicts;however,boys tend to avoid the interpersonal conflicts;(3)There is a significant positive correlation between the high school students' critical thinking and the interpersonal conflict resolution strategies.(4)High school students' critical thinking has a certain prediction effect on interpersonal conflict resolution strategies,especially the systematic ability factor(5)Both the counseling group and the reading materials group improve critical thinking ability obviously;(6)Counseling group of critical thinking can significantly improve interpersonal conflict resolution strategies;the effect of critical reading on interpersonal conflict resolution strategies is not significant.
