Based on the theory of verbal interaction,this paper chooses four primary schools in Jalalabad as an example.Through classroom recording,combined with teacher interviews,we investigated the verbal interaction between teachers and students in the local classroom.It is found that teachers have gradually removed the situation of "one speech" in the classroom,but still occupy the main position of the classroom.Language interaction among teachers and students belongs to the teacher's initiation-the students' response mode,the lack of emotion of teachers' speech,the lack of positive communication in classroom questioning,and the encouragement of the generalization of the language.In view of the problems found,this paper proposes to draw close to the distance between teachers and students,make rational use of the teaching materials,understand the language of the local people,enhance the authority of the teachers in the classroom,improve the scope of the students' opening,study the local national language,and organize teachers to communicate with each other,so as to provide the teachers to the local teachers in the future.For help.
