In recent years,with the large-scale expansion of enrollment in colleges and universities,the number of college students has risen sharply,and the number of graduates per year has increased by hundreds of thousands.What follows is that the employment form of graduates is becoming more and more serious.The employment of college graduates is related to the vital interests of students and their families,to the construction of the country and to social harmony and stability.How to improve the employment rate of graduates has become a country.Hot issues of social and family concern.It is true that in addition to the state,society,and schools,they should vigorously support their policies and measures,and college students' exploration of their own career after entering university.And work out a career plan that fits in with your career.The importance of studying the factors that affect the ability of career exploration of college students and the internal mechanism of career exploration of college students is also increasingly prominent.This paper,on the basis of understanding the previous theories of career exploration,combined with its own understanding,This paper probes into the internal mechanism of career exploration,professional identity and achievement motivation in order to find out the specific action mechanism of the three in order to support the research in this field.Based on the above reasons,1200 questionnaires were issued to four universities in Hunan province by using the career Exploration questionnaire,the College students' Professional identity questionnaire and the Achievement motivation scale to explore the professional identity of the college students.The relationship between achievement motivation and career exploration was analyzed by descriptive statistics,variance analysis,correlation test,regression analysis and structural equation model.(1)College students' professional identity,achievement motivation and career exploration are above the middle level.(2)there was no significant difference in sex,participation and non-participation in practical activities of employment practice,and there was no significant difference in grade,major type,academic achievement,etc.There are significant differences in variables such as serving and not serving as student cadres.(3)Professional identity significantly predicts the career exploration of college students.Among them,the relevance,cognition and affective of professional identity have positive predictive effect on self-exploration.Behavior has positive predictive effect on environmental exploration and self-environment matching degree exploration;Cognitive and affective have positive predictive effect on exploring belief;relevance,behavior,Affective has positive predictive effect on exploring intention.(4)Achievement motivation can significantly predict career exploration of college students.Among them,success motivation has positive predictive effect on every dimension of career exploration,avoiding failure motivation has positive predictive effect on environment exploration.Exploring beliefs has a positive predictive effect.(5)Professional identity indirectly influences career exploration through achievement motivation,and achievement motivation plays an intermediary role in the relationship between professional identity and cognitive and behavioral dimensions.
