With the rapid development of society,the stress problems are more and more noticed by people.It will cause psychological problems to undergraduates,if they can't handle the stress in time when they are in the transitional period of entering society and lack of the abilities to deal with problems.What triggers a college students psychological crisis stress source is mainly negative life events.Focusing on how individual have positive psychological change and growth after stressful events not only complies with the trend of positive psychology research,but also have certain reference to college students' psychological healthy education.Purpose :(1)to investigate the effects of daily events and Cognitive Emotion Regulation on post-stress growth(PSG);(2)to examine the mediating effect of cognitive emotion regulation on the influence of daily events on post-stress growth.Methods: this study used convenient sampling method to select 898 undergraduate students from five universities in Guangxi,.They were given the adolescent life events scale and the cognitive emotion regulation scale and the college students' stress after growing scale.After the spot investigation in class,They handed up effective questionnaire 820 copies.Epidata3.1 was used to input data and data was analyzed with SPSS17.0 and AMOS17.0.The results are as follows:(1)there are significant differences in the origin of negative cognitive emotion regulation.The gender,educational background and the origin of positive cognitive emotion regulation are significantly different.(2)there are significant differences in gender,professional category and educational background of PSG.(3)there was a significant negative correlation between life events and post-stress growth.(4)there is a significant positive correlation between life events and negative cognitive emotional regulation.Among them,the healthy adaptive factors of life events can positively predict negative cognitive emotional regulation.(5)positive cognitive emotional regulation was positively correlated with post-stress growth.Among them,positive assumption factor can positively forecast PSG.(6)The negative cognitive emotion regulation was significantly and positively related to post-stress growth.Self-accusation factor and meditation factor were significantly and positively related to post-stress growth.The disaster factor and pressure growth have significant negative correlation(7)Negative cognitive emotion regulation plays a mediation part in the effect of life eventson post-stress growth.The conclusions are as follows:(1)The greater the stress of life events is,the more difficult it is for individuals to grow after stress.(2)Positive emotional regulation is conducive to post-stress growth.(3)Although some studies confirmed that the negative cognitive emotion regulation has significant positive relation with anxiety and depression,negative cognitive emotion regulation also has the certain positive effect on post-stress growth.
