In the past ten years,our country has made certain achievements in the rescue and protection of the intangible cultural heritage,the identification and establishment,the legislative system,the financial support and the inheritance of the population education.The non legacy protection work is gradually transition to the "post remains" stage,that is,facing more challenges of the era of meta,it is urgent to cultivate and improve the cultural self-confidence and sustainable inheritance ability of the non legacy inheritors themselves.The inheritance work of "intangible cultural heritage" has gradually become an important trend in the transformation of "non heritage" work.In 2015,the Ministry of culture and the Ministry of education implemented the training program for the study and training of the non legacy people in China(hereinafter referred to as the "research and training program"),which has become a basic and strategic work of the non legacy protection undertaking.Through one month's basic theory courses,professional courses,observation and communication courses and creative practice courses,the research and cultivation plan has increased the knowledge and vision of the non legacy inheritors and strengthened the cultural confidence to inherit the excellent tradition.Meanwhile,the research and cultivation plan also provides the basic platform and links for the communication and cooperation development of the inheritors..This paper takes research and training plan as the research object,and considers its related problems in the process of teaching and research based on its effectiveness evaluation.Through the collection and comparison of the curricula of many colleges and universities,this paper sums up the common problems in the course setting of research and cultivation,that is,the lack of sustainability and the lack of attention to the "non material" part of the process of inheritance.Then,taking curriculum as the breakthrough point,we analyze longitudinally the related problems in the process of teaching and research.Then we draw out the importance of process records for Yan Pei's plan,heritage and inheritance.In order to demonstrate the authenticity and feasibility of the related issues and suggestions,the research subjects were investigated for one month,and the non material cultural heritage of Yunnan province was accepted as the field investigation object.The understanding and feedback of research and training plan,as well as its current situation related to process records.It was found that the effectiveness of the training program was lack of sustainability,and the importance of the non legacy to the whole record of the process was insufficient.In order to improve the related problems in the teaching design of the research and training program,and to improve its effectiveness,rationality and sustainability,the relevant countermeasures and suggestions are put forward in the end.
