Thailand is a world-famous touris destination that attracts tourists from all over the world.In particular,its adjacent Chinese tourist groups have become the major source of overseas tourists in Thailand.At the same time,Pattaya,with its typical Thai tourist resources,has become a must-visit place for Chinese tourists to travel to Thailand.Thus,in order to promot the shopping and consumption of Chinese tourists plus the existence of Chinese people in Pattaya,In the daily life of Pattaya,there are a large number of Chinese language uses,including eating,chatting,shopping,television,newspapers,store names,signboards,advertisements,slogans,etc,which have created Pattaya's unique Chinese language environment.This thesis takes Pattaya,a tourist city in Thailand as a starting point,to do a field trip to the Chinese language environment,and makes a specific analysis and study.Combined with the characteristics of students and the teaching situation in the Aksorn school,make use of the advantages of the Pattaya language environment to design Chinese teaching.And then start teaching in the real Chinese experience activities,according to the relevant results to summarizes the strategies for Chinese teaching in this school.The first chapter of the thesis is a literature review,which mainly reviews the domestic and foreign researches on the overseas language life and the impact of language environment on second language acquisition plus the Chinese teaching in Thailand.From the theoretical point to explained the feasibility of studying overseas language life and the importance of language environment in Chinese language learning.In the second chapter,the author personally investigates the language environment and language life in Pattaya,from the aspects of physical environment,media,culture,Thai service person and Chinese,makes a realistic description and analysis.At the same time,based on the results,in the third chapter,contact with the Aksorn Suksa school,First analyzes schools,teachers plus the level and characteristics of students;Secondly,using the Pattaya's Chinese language environment,combined with Chinese teaching to make a teaching design,And then put into practice in the real Chinese experience teaching activities,finally according to the process and results of the activities to make a relevant summary.In the fourth chapter introspects and summarizes the author's research on the language environment of Pattaya and Chinese teaching,then put forward teaching strategies and suggestions for the Chinese teaching in Aksorn Suksa School.
