In the context of globalization,when we explore and discuss a work of art,each of us with different aesthetic experiences in different social contexts may get a consensus if this work is simply regarded as an "object".When a work of art is appreciated within a limited scope,the aesthetic experiences of the relevant views are unable to get rid of "object factor".On the question about what a work depends on for existence,we can say,ink painting exists via ink;oil painting exists via paint;novel exists via text…but on the question about art itself,it is not limited to an object that can be identified by the appearance.A work of art is actually a metaphor of the common living experience of a particular group rather than the presentation of a phenomenon.As a metaphor for a kind of living experience,the beauty of art works is no longer the only criterion of art,and the common experience of viewers derived from viewing the work is the presentation of the true feelings in their own living experiences.This kind of presentation of living experience via the medium of art is not completely limited by the existing concept.The experience with perception and expression of truth is a kind of aesthetic experience of human.The national aesthetic experience is the prerequisite of cultural dialogue and communication between different civilizations,and the communicators respect each other's different cultures.The artistic creation of Zao Wou-Ki is one of the typical representatives of the exchange and communication between Chinese and Western national aesthetic experiences since the 20 th century.From 1935,after he entered Vocational Art School of Hangzhou,the creative form and work style changes of Zao Wou-ki can be divided into three stages: learned the basis of Western painting and explored the modernism painting;temporarily stopped the creation of traditional Chinese painting,stepped from the "concretization period" to "non-concrete period";integrated the living experience of the East and West into the abstract form of artistic creation and entered a stable period.Through summary on Zao Wou-ki's artistic creation style in different periods,this article explained the influence of different livingexperiences and different national aesthetic experiences on him and his audiences.Through these phenomena,it made an in-depth discussion on different historical attributes of the audiences behind the artistic presentation.Different backgrounds create different aesthetic experiences in every moment.Each viewer is in the presence and is the individual who is wrapped in the history of his/her own existence,but the national and cosmopolitan aesthetic experiences are presented via the sensibility of the artwork in a presence or offsite pattern.In Zao Wou-ki's works,the integration of Chinese and Western aesthetic experiences explained the non-opposition between national and cosmopolitan aesthetic experiences.In the case of aesthetic experiences,the world is a collection of nations but not a closed and isolated environment.In the context of globalization,the national aesthetic experiences of different audiences induced by artistic works are not exclusive.
