Comparative Study Between Traditional Chinese Art And Contemporary Art Curation

Traditional Chinese art has a history of five thousand years of civilization,and the glory art is like a brilliant chapter,the ancients not only left a considerable number of art treasure,the excellent and profound cultural connotations which contains artistic character,and the spirit of philosophy,aesthetics and other spirits are imperceptibly infected every descendants from bronze,pottery,jade,calligraphy,painting,porcelain,etc.to the traditional art in various ways to show the world the great achievements of ancient Chinese civilization.Traditional arts development today,mainly in three exhibition is presented to the audience,one is the traditional museum display of ancient artifacts;the other is the traditional art lovers and artists yardsticks and practice,and then in the form of exhibitions to show the audience at today's traditional art development;the last category is the official designated by the Government of exhibitions,political color characteristics.Contemporary Chinese art has gone through the rebellious "Stars Exhibition" and "Totally Westernization" and "85 New Wave",full of provocation "Contemporary Chinese Art exhibition",through the 1990 s,"Downs period",contemporary artists travel abroad to attend the Venice Biennale and the third Shanghai Biennale held in 2000,we can see the Contemporary Chinese art has gradually developed well.As well as overseas markets opened in the country,contemporary Chinese to achieve the status of "legalization",ushered in a wave of art museums,these museums and galleries offer venues to artists,thus more and more audiences could participate in exhibitions.Two different forms of art using different approaches in specific curatorial practice,this paper attempts to tap one of the four negative difference.First,the traditional Chinese art and contemporary art in form and content description,to show two types of different art artistic property;secondly,the exhibition reveals the two types exhibited their traditional and critical;third,to explore the types of exhibition differences in procedures and organization;and fourthly,the two types of mining exhibition in the processing space expression and color presentation on planning methods through field tests.By comparing these two types of exhibitions as well as differences in the effectiveness of the curatorial approach,pointing out that the relationship between curatorial,artistic property,the official ideology,and how in the future to better complete curatorial exhibition time and improve exhibition value.
