From the industrial era to the post-industrial era,urban development has transformed from production-oriented to consumption-oriented.The creative economy is on the upgrade with the rise of new industries such as cultural creativity and high-tech.Under globalization,metropolises have been rushing to become creative/innovative cities.China's "13th Five-Year Plan" also included expand innovative countries in its vision,adhere to the innovation drive as the core.Through promoting the construction and development of innovative cities and the cultivation of innovative talents.Therefore,how to attract innovative talents and shape innovative urban culture has become a major issue that complies with the requirements of the times.With the help of the theory of scenes which is a new paradigm of Western urban studies,and absorbed the research content of creative class(which defined innovative talents).Based on Shenzhen as national innovation model city,the study of Chinese creative class and street life has certain practical significance and forward-looking.This paper constructs two levels of objective cognizance system and subjective cognizance system under the theory of scenes.Study on a case of Shenzhen Software Industry Base and selected it as a scene of city street.Taking the creative class in the scene as the object of study.Through the six elements of the theory of scenes,including neighborhood,facilities,persons,activities,policies,and publicity,the paper analyzes what the scene of street has presented in software industry bases.Also,by using questionnaires and in-depth interviews to focus on creative class' s personal work,leisure,and lifestyle in order to deeply understand and refine the values.Combines all materials above,with researcher's field observations from the first perspective and the third perspective,finally link the relationship between the creative class and the scene.The conclusion consider that the Shenzhen Software Industry Base presents a Chinese characteristics,non-traditional,informal,self-expression,neighborliness,egalitarianism and attractive innovation and entrepreneurship scene.The scene provides a street life that matches up with creative class' s values which are personalized,elitism and post-modernity.Thus builtthe virtuous circles.Practice has proved that it is possible to build innovative scenes which attract creative class through contracting a specific life street.Besides it promoting the innovation and development of urban neighborhoods.This case gives a reference for the construction of China's innovative cities.Furthermore,the issue needs to be studied in subsequent studies on other street scenes and eventually expanded an operable paradigm.
