A Study On The Relationship Between Body Dysmorphic Disorder, Perfection Personality And Interpersonal Relations Of High School Students

Body dysmorphic disorder are patients who over-look at their appearance and use improper behavior to alter what they perceive to be defective appearances that may be real or the patient's own misconceptions.When the patient's distress for a long time unresolved,there may be self-injury suicide and other acts.For high school students,they are in an important stage of physical and mental development,the understanding of appearance standards are affected in many aspects,while families and schools pay more attention to the academic performance of students,while students' personality,interpersonal relationship and psychological status are more concerned less.Therefore,timely analysis of high school students appear the reason of the tendency of body dysmorphic disorder,and effective prevention and intervention for the physical and mental development of high school students is of great significance.In this study,593 high school students in 4 high schools in Baoding were selected as research objects.The self-rating scale of corporal body disorder,comprehensive interpersonal relationship and comprehensive questionnaire of perfection were taken as measuring tools to explore the relationship between high school students' perfectionism personality,Relationship,the general status of the tendency of body dysmorphic disorder and the interrelationship of the three.Research indicates:1.There is a difference in the body dysmorphic disorder of senior high school students in terms of gender,grade,birth order,and family monthly income.2.There is a significant correlation between perfectionism personality and tendency of body dysmorphic disorder in high school students,there is a significant correlation between perfectionism personality and interpersonal relationship,there is a significant correlation between interpersonal relationship and body dysmorphic disorder tendency.3.The perfectionism personality and interpersonal relationship of high school students have a certain predictive effect on the tendency of body dysmorphic disorder of high school students,and interpersonal relationship plays a part mediating role between high school student perfectionism personality and the tendency of body dysmorphic disorder.
