Study On Cleaning-up And Mending Of Chahua Areas In Five Counties Of Hanzhong In The Period Of The Republic Of China

Chahua Area is the general term for various interlaced and transboundary irregularities formed during the formation,development,and transition of various administrative regions(or administrative divisions)within a given period,under specific historical conditions,and in specific regions,including two basic types of enclaves and canines.In general,Chahua Area is the product and result of the division of administrative regions,and its formation and production are inextricably linked with the changes of administrative divisions.Our administrative divisions have experienced thousands of years of development and change.In the period of the Republic of China,which is a time of transition.its original administrative divisions will inevitably no longer be able to adapt to the new state system.The adjustment of administrative divisions will become the primary government affairs,and Chahua Areas that were born from the original administrative divisions will inevitably be paid high attention by society at that time.Therefore,in order to better achieve the purpose of county administrative area autonomy,the Nanjing National Government has ordered the provinces across the country to carry out investigations and clearances for Chahua Areas.In response to the Central Government's call,the Shaanxi Provincial Government has also formulated a series of relevant policies to clean-up and mend chahua areas including the five counties of Hanzhong.Based on a large number of literature,archives,maps,and books during the period of the Republic of China,this article uses a combination of literature and field surveys and other methods to map Lveyang,Ningqiang,Baocheng,Nanzheng and Xixiang in the period of the Republic of China.The clearing of Chahua Areas in the five counties of Lveyang,Ningqiang,Baocheng,Nanzheng and Xixiang has made more in-depth studies.This writing not only analyzes and combs the background,process,and results of the cleaning-up and mending of the five counties' Chahua Areas during the period of the Republic of China,but also discusses in depth the problems of clearing-up and mending the five counties' Chahua Areas during the period of the Republic of China,and analyzes the reasons for the incompleteness of the clearing and allocation.In the end,we make a summary of the clearing-up and mending of Chahua Areas in the five counties of Hanzhong during the Republic of China.It has important reference and enlightening significance for contemporary society to solve the problem of Chahua Areas.
