A Research On The Problem Between The Mosaic Parcels And The Bandits During The Period Of The Republic Of China On The Border Between Sichuan And Guizhou Province

During the period of the republic of China, the Chahua areas takenoff by beating each other of8counties、13villages and towns on theborder of Sichuan and Guizhou have a very wide distribution. Chahuaarea problem is cleaned up by the government,but it isn’t solvedcompletely. These widespread Chahua areas often become the perfecthiding and crime place of bandits.The bandits problem is very serious,Which not only brings great inconvenience to the government’s publicsecurity management,and hindered the region’s economic, political,cultural and social development seriously.From the problem between themosaic parcels and the bandits during the period of the Republic of Chinaon the border between Sichuan and Guizhou province, there is a closerelationship between Chahua area and bandits:the first, more Chahuaareas and more bandits;the second, the prevention of banditry is weak;thethird, bandits often last longer in the Chahua area. It is concluded byanalysis that the reason is relevant to the political marginalization ofChahua area on the border of Sichuan and Guizhou in the Republic ofChina,and special geography and social environment. At present, a lot ofChahua areas still exist, and its social security problem is still serious.Sorting out the relationship between the mosaic parcels and the banditsduring the period of the Republic of China on the border between Sichuanand Guizhou province help to solve the present social security problems in Chahua area.
