The Kokand Khanate was a country founded by the Uzbekistan in 1709,and it existed for 18 and 19 centuries.In the early eighteenth Century,the Uzbek people in the Transoxiana of Bukhara Khanate began to decline,and their rule in Fergana was also unstable.This situation created the conditions for Uzbek to win the rule of Fergana area.Uzbek Ming clan leader in Shahrukh,get rid of the Khanate of Bukhara rule,came to the Fergana basin,and built later known as the Kokand Khanate regime.The founding of the Ming Dynasty regime was only one of the many separatist regimes in the Fergana basin,which was still in the name of the state of Bukhara Khan.Until Alim and during the reign of Umar Khan,the regime begun to take Khanate scale.The Kirghiz who lived in the Khokand Khan were originally native to the Yenisei Valley and were gradually established in the Farghana region by the invasions and oppression of the Russian and Dzungaria after the 16 th century.Therefore,the Kirghiz were established in the beginning of Khokand and played an important role.Especially when Khokand was still very weak,he defeated the Dzungaria forces with the rulers of the Ming department and successively passed down the Qing Dynasty after the Qing Dynasty annihilated Dzungaria.The Qing Dynasty called the Kirghiz "Brut",and during the Qianlong years,the Issyk-Kul lake and the Chu River,where the Kirghiz live,are the territory of the Qing Dynasty.In the second half of the eighteenth Century,with the increasing strength of Kokand,the rulers of Kokand began to conquer the territory of the Kirghiz.This has led to a step by step between the Kirghiz and Kokand.By 1840 s,Kokand completely annexed the territory of the Kirghiz.In this period,the Czar Russia also began to conquer the Central Asian region.By 1870 s,the Russian Tsar completely conquered the Khanate of Kokand,the abolition of the Kokand country,Fergana province was renamed.In this way,the people of Kokand khanate,including the Kirghiz,became Russian subjects.The full text will be divided into three chapters to discuss the relationship between the Kokand Khanate and the Kirghiz.The first chapter expounds the establishment of the Khanate of Kokand,and the relationship between the early Kokand Khanate and the Kirghiz;the second chapter discusses the period of the expansion of the Khanate of Kokand,the change of the relationship between Kokand and Kirghiz;the third chapter discusses the middleof the nineteenth Century,when Russian conquest of Kokand and the Kyrgyz period,characteristics of Kokand and Kyrgyz relations.
