The Translation Practice Report Of Construction Subcontract Under Skopos Theory

With the deepening of China's opening-up and integration of the world economy,more and more countries start business with China.In order to ensure smooth and successful cooperation,it is necessary to clarify their respective responsibilities and obligations in the contract signed by both parties and avoid unnecessary disputes.Therefore,the accurate translation of the contract is an important guarantee for the successful and smooth cooperation.This translation practice report is written on the translation practice —Qatar Foundation Stadium Project.This practice report reviews the entire process of translation practice.With the method of case analysis,it focuses on difficulties in the translation,such as terminology and sentence translation,and analyzes and explains the solutions.In the process of translation,the author takes Skopos theory as a guide,adopts various translation methods and skills and strives to achieve translation aims.Meanwhile,the author also hopes to provide some references for relevant practitioners by combing and summarizing the translation practice.
