The North China Incident has always been a hot spot in the study of Sino-Japanese relations in modern times.It is of great significance as the undertaking point of the 9·18 Incident and the 7·7 Incident.Japan has a long history of Dual-Diplomacy.It was evident in the 9·18 Incident,and developed to the peak in the North China Incident.The collapse of the Dual-policy in the North China incident declared that Sino-Japanese relations gradually developed from being moderate to more intense,and finally broke out with the 7·7 Incident as the dividing point.This thesis takes the Japanese Dual-Diplomacy in the North China Incident as the research object,to combs and studies its origin,development,concrete manifestation and reasons.In this thesis,the introduction clarifies the research significance of Japan's Dual-Diplomacy in the North China Incident,the current situation of the study of Dual-Diplomacy in China and Japan,the work done by the dissertation,and the main historical materials used.There are four main parts of the thesis.The first part briefly described the origin of Japan's Dual-Diplomacy and proposed that this diplomacy originated from the tradition of interference in the politics of Japanese soldiers;In the Continental policy has become Japan's national policy,influence of military forces increasingly deepened,resulting in Military Department and government opposition.The second part focuses on the Japan's Dual-Diplomacy during the9·18 Incident.''Tanaka diplomacy''and''the second Currency diplomacy''have been the failure leads to the Japanese government and military disagreement in 9·18 Incident and analyze it.Take a turn for The Kanto Army bombed Jinzhou and entered North China,describe the connection between the North China Incident and the 9·18 Incident.The third part is the key part of this thesis.This part describes the dualistic diplomacy between Japan's Ministry of Foreign Affairs' s ' Concord diplomacy'',and the Japanese military's ' Military diplomacy'' during the North China Incident,and analyzes the reasons for this phenomenon.Then analyze it from the perspective of the National Government's countermeasures to further describe the phenomenon of Japan'sDual-Diplomacy in the North China Incident.The fourth part reviews the Dual-Diplomacy.After the analysis pointed out that Japan's Dual-Diplomacy is in the form of dualistic diplomacy,and its essence is Single diplomacy.At the same time,from the perspective of the National Government,analyze the reason for the failure of Dual-Diplomacy is miscalculation of the National Government.
