The beginning of the twentieth century is an era of rampant nationalism in china. The nation is awakening gradually, national movement rising. The prominent characteristics of China's diplomatic history in this period is appearance of the civil diplomacy and"revolutionary diplomacy".people is dominant about the civil diplomacy,stress Popular movement's impact about the diplomacy and the government decision-making.The government dominant about the"revolutionary diplomacy", it is the government deal with Relations with foreign countries With Different from the original deal with unusual diplomatic. Although the Rise time is different of both sides,and the leading force is different too,however, The development of the two has a certain relevance.the revolutionary diplomacy'operation will be unable without support of the civil diplomacy in guangzou and wuhan nationalist government period.Although The research about civil diplomacy and"revolutionary diplomacy"is much ,the research is isolated about civil diplomacy and"revolutionary diplomacy",the research about interaction of both sides is little.In view of this,the purpose of this article is to explore the process of revolutionary diplomacy's emergence and practice in the context of the civil diplomacy.To research the impact of civil diplomacy in guangzou,wuhan national government's foreign policy-making and make a system of inspection about the context of the rise,the course and the influence of"revolutionary diplomacy". Therefore, this article is divided into three main parts:The first part is the inevitability of "revolutionary diplomacy" policy,Discuss the necessity of this policy from the Difficulties and the impact of civil diplomacy at The beginning of the guangzhou Nationalist government.The second part is the practice of the "revolutionary diplomacy",discuss the impact of civil diplomacy on "revolutionary diplomacy" Through the analysis of three specific examples.The third part is the impact and evaluation of the "revolutionary diplomacy",discuss the impact of the "revolutionary diplomacy" on the Britain and the United States' policy toward China.In addition ,discuss its Limitations.I hope this article is useful on the study of Guangzhou, Wuhan National Government's foreign policy .
