A Study On The Wang Zhefu's History Of Chinese New Literature Movement

Wang Zhefu's History of Chinese New Literature Movement is China's first special history of new literature.Based on the case study,this thesis places it in the context of historical culture,and conducts in-depth investigations and studies on the perspectives of literature,literary history view,and style structure to reveal its characteristics and values.In the new historical stage of modern and contemporary literary studies,the value and significance of History of Chinese New Literature Movement are revisited with a retrospective attitude,and the previous research results are rectified,and the lessons learned from the compilation and reference of contemporary literary history can be found.The papert is divided into seven parts:The introductory part briefly introduces the research object of History of Chinese New Literature Movement.Based on the review of the relevant research results of the current academic community,the research methods,ideas and purposes of this paper are proposed.The first chapter shows the relevant historical context of the book History of Chinese New Literature Movement.This chapter is based on the central issue of the compilation of literary history,briefly overview of the overall situation of the compilation of literary field and the history of new literature at the time in the 1930 s.It highlights the unclear standards of literary,the unstable position of new literature,and the literature politics in the literary field.In the field of the compilation of new literary history,evolutionary literary historical concept and historical materialism have become the two mainstreams and the arrangement of pluralism.This provides the basis for the later discussion.The second chapter uses the close reading and comparative analysis to deeply analyze the new literature view of Wang Zhefu reflected in History of Chinese New Literature Movement.This chapter links the Chinese literary tradition,the historicalbackground of the 1930 s,and Wang Zhefu's personal experience to analysis characteristics of Wang Zhefu's perspectives of literature,which including advocates the change of literary standards from time to time,breaks the language restrictions of new literature,attaches importance to literary ideology and emotional expression,and attaches great importance to the relationship between literature and individual experience.At the same times,this chapter reveals the lack of its theoretical system.The third chapter combines Hu Shi's literary history view to elaborate the core of Wang Zhefu's evolutionary literary history.In contrast,the source of Wang Zhefu's historical view of evolutionary literature is Hu Shi's.However,under the new historical period,Wang Zhefu's perspective of literary history has been further advanced,and the direction of literary evolution has been re-judged.The new direction of revolutionary literature is revolutionary literature.At the same time,there are traces of historical materialism in Wang Zhefu's view of literary history.However,the theory of evolution is still fundamental.Based on this conclusion,this chapter also corrects some existing research results.The fourth chapter analyzes the structure of History of Chinese New Literature Movement.From macroscopic to detailed level,the structure is divided into three levels.The first level is the overall structure,which consists of four parts: general theory,history of new literature,creation,translation and organization of the national heritage,and historical materials.Among them,history of new literature and creation are the focus and subject of the book.In this part,Wang Zhefu adopted a structural strategy that combines the use of time series and style classification methods.In the more detailed part of the creative commentary section,Wang Zhefu has adopted a variety of classification methods to parallel the arrangement and division of writers.This chapter provides a reference for the current compilation of the literary history by revealing the above-mentioned style of the book.In the fifth chapter,stands in the context of the compilation of the history of literary history in the new era,and explores the connection between the History of Chinese New Literature Movement and contemporary scholars' thinking about Rewriting Literary History.From the three perspectives of traditional style literature,translated literature,and the collection and application of historical materials,it shows the foresight and advantages of History of Chinese New Literature Movement,providing new paths and new inspirations for the compilation of current literary history.On the basis of summarizing the foregoing,the conclusion is to rectify some of the arguments of previous studies and reaffirm the academic value and research value of the History of Chinese New Literature Movement.
