In modern times,with the continuous improvement of science and technology,the field of biomedicine has developed rapidly.In history,human testing has played an extremely important role in the development and progress of medicine.It is an important way for mankind to defeat disease and maintain health.Many inventions of medicine and medical technology are first from animal test.At the beginning,we will do experiments on the human body,and finally we will extend it to the majority of the population.Scientific,effective and mutually beneficial human trials will benefit both the experimenter and the subjects,achieving the benefit of multiple purposes.However,like other human activities,human medical tests are also a double-edged sword.If they are not used properly,some negative effects will be produced,especially in human health and medical ethics.We can find out that the most prominent and most prominent problems in human medical experiments are the lack of appropriate and effective protection,the physical and psychological damage,and the creative development of medicine.It has a great adverse effect.After World War II,with the continuous enhancement of human consciousness,the ethical problems of the subjects in human medical experiments have aroused general concern in the international community.Many countries try to protect the interests of the subjects through various ways,such as law,ethics and society,and establish effective institutional mechanisms,such as ethical review.At the same time,at the same time,in the human medical experiment,the one sided pursuit of scientific utility and economic benefits,because of information asymmetry,status inequality caused the subjects' physical injury,privacy disclosure,and the damage of interests,the ethical angle of the subjects in the human medical test is still on the way.This paper analyzes the typical cases of human medical experiment,and studies the prominent problems and roots of the subjects in the human medical experiment from the perspective of medical ethics,and puts forward the countermeasures to protect the rights and interests of the subjects,in order to benefit the solution of the ethical problems of the subjects in the human medical experiment.The full text is divided into 5 chapters:The first chapter: the introduction part.This section introduces the context and relevant situation of the article,introduces the historical background of the topic,expounds the objectives to be achieved,analyzes the research status of the ethical problems of the subjects of human medical test at home and abroad,and puts forward the research methods adopted in the article.The second chapter is about the ethical issues of subjects in human medical experiments.This section defines the concept and characteristics of the human medical experiment,expounds the origin and development of the ethical problems of thesubjects in the human medical experiment,and the norms of the ethical problems of the subjects at home and abroad,and clarifies the importance of the standardization of the ethical problems of the subjects.The third chapter: the typical cases of human medical experiments and the analysis of subjects' ethical problems.This section introduces 5 typical cases of the ethical problems of the subjects in the history of human medical experiments,and summarize the main ethical problems faced by the subjects in the human medical experiment,and analyze the deep causes of these ethical problems.The fourth chapter: the examination of ethical problems faced by subjects in human medical experiment.From the perspective of four main ethical principles of respect,justice,non injury and utility in medical ethics,the ethical problems in human medical experiments are analyzed and examined.The fifth chapter: coping strategies of subjects' ethical problems in human medical experiments.On the basis of the analysis of the above theory and practice,this paper puts forward the ethical principles of the first 6 aspects of the subjects to be followed in the ethical problems of the subjects in the human medical experiment,and discusses and discusses the 5 institutional mechanisms of establishing the ethical review system of the human medical experiment.
