Research On Animation Education And Training Program In Private Higher Vocational Colleges

In today's world," survival of the fittest,survival of the fittest" is the etern al law of survival,this law of survival is particularly obvious in the industry co mpetition.The shortage of animation talent is increasingly prominent,this probl em has become a bottleneck restricting the development of China's animation i ndustry.The cultivation of animation talents and animation industry,market frac ture,also make the development of the " pearl river delta" animation industry restricted.Now many schools are training what kind of animation talent,in add ition to hope to attract students to school,but also for the students after grad uate employment to give full consideration.How to cultivate the animation tale nts suitable for the society has been an important problem in the education an d animation industry of colleges and universities.This paper mainly through th e analysis of the development and current situation of private higher vocational colleges and universities,aiming at school ideas,training objectives,teaching content mode and curriculum system,according to the survey data and the an alysis and summary,explore suitable for the " pearl river delta" region in the c urrent economic conditions of private higher vocational education personnel trai ning measures.Through the analysis of the training objectives of higher vocati onal education,especially for private higher vocational colleges,this paper pro poses and demonstrates the goal of vocational and technical talents cultivation in higher vocational colleges under the social environment: based on the high school education,the implementation of vocational and technical education wit h higher education attributes,to meet the needs of the production managemen t and service of animation industry,to meet the needs of industry competition;The animation professional talents training in higher vocational colleges shoul d fully reflect the characteristics of vocational education,with the vocational act ivities as the guidance,the ability as the target,the students as the main bod y,the quality as the basis,the project as the carrier,and the integration of kn owledge,theory and practice courses.According to the post demand of animation industry,innovation and improvement of teaching methods and education mode,animation professional teaching to form the actual formation of the level of adaptation,more complete,the system of curriculum system and education model.The importance of professional curriculum setting to the cultivation of t alents is put forward.Taking this as a starting point,through reflection,compar ison,reference,induction and other ways,design the basic framework of anim ation professional talents design courses in higher vocational colleges.The development of everything needs long practice and exploration,and it will experience twists and turns and wander.animation major teaching in high er vocational colleges is no exception,especially in the accelerating developme nt period of animation industry in China,the research status of animation majo r teaching in higher vocational colleges in China and abroad and the character istics of animation vocational education in higher vocational colleges.By mean s of literature review and questionnaire,this paper analyzes the situation of tal ent training orientation,work-study combination and school-enterprise cooperati on development according to the animation major situation of Zhuhai vocationa l college of arts,and mainly studies the teaching problems of animation talent training plan reform,curriculum syllabus revision,curriculum class allocation an d professional core curriculum construction.combining with mathematical statisti cs,it finds out the existing problems,puts forward corresponding suggestions and formulates teaching scheme.In order to provide reference for higher vocat ional colleges in animation talent cultivation,and finally to solve the bottleneck problem of animation industry talent development in China.
