In order to understand the characteristics and influencing factors of undergraduates' psychological counseling attitudes,this paper provides a reference for the promotion and application of online counseling in colleges and universities.It mainly surveys 400 college students in Sichuan in the form of questionnaires.According to the scores of college students in the network of psychological counseling attitude(evaluation and discomfort in the two dimensions)score,we can see how college students feel about Internet counseling.In addition,we mainly study on the dimensions of gender,grade,major,origin,psychological counseling experience,personal factors and different degrees of network self-efficacy,and analyze the influence of these factors on the psychological counseling attitude of college students.In the end,according the results,the educational countermeasures are proposed by the aspects of the self-development of the network psychological consultation,the improvement of personality and the promotion of the sense of self-efficacy of the network.This paper is studied by questionnaire survey and literature analysis.The questionnaire survey is selected from 400 college students in four universities in Chengdu,including Sichuan University,University of Electronic Science and Technology,Southwest Jiaotong University and Sichuan Normal University,collected 366 valid questionnaires.The questionnaire adopts the Chinese Counseling Attitudes Scales(OCAS)Chinese Version,Chinese Students Scale of Personality(CCSPS)compiled by Professor Wang Dengfeng and the online self-efficacy questionnaire of college students.Statistical Methods: The basic data were processed by SPSS 22.0,and the descriptive statistics,independent sample t test,one-way ANOVA,Pearson correlation and regression analysis.The results showed:(1)The evaluation of college students' psychological counseling and discomfort scores are all in the middle position.(2)The students' attitudes toward online psychological counseling were not significantly different among gender,grade,major,(3)Counseling evaluation scores and CCSPS relentless scores and network self-efficacy in a sense of network capacity and behavior sense of effort was positively correlated;college students psychological counseling discomfort and CCSPS tenacity factor was negatively correlated.Conclusion:(1)The online counseling attitude of college students is generally positive.There is a moderate to high rating on online counseling and a moderate level of discomfort to online counseling.(2)Internet ability,behavioral effort,hardiness and tenacity are important factors that influence college students' attitude towards Internet counseling.(3)the problems of online psychological counseling,including the authentication of network psychological counselors,ethical issues,confidentiality issues,network security issues,applicability issues,and theoretical and technical issues,are also factors that affect the attitude of College students in online psychological counseling,by analysis of domestic and foreign literature.
