Study On The Cultural Communication Function Of Music Community Since 1979

With the rapid increasing in the number of new immigrants from China,especially the participation of professional music talents and music amateurs,the music groups of overseas Chinese in the United States are flourishing.These Chinese music groups have not only enriched the cultural life of Chinese Americans,but also attracted more and more non-Chinese groups to enjoy and learn.This paper uses the case analysis method,on the basis of combing the development situation of Chinese music groups in the United States since 1979 and selecting the Music from China and the Firebird Youth Chinese Orchestra,to analyze the content and influence of its culture dissemination activities respectively.Thus,it reveals the influence and identity on the enhancement of Chinese ethnic culture dissemination activities,strengthening the understanding and communication between ethnic groups and promotes cultural exchanges between China and the United States.Finally,on the issues existed in the cultural communication of Music Group,three suggestions are proposed: establish and perfect a variety of long-term mechanism,vigorously foster Chinese teenagers literary talent,strengthen the cooperation and communication with local society so as to strengthen its culture dissemination function and promote cultural exchanges between China and the United States.
