At present,the process of globalization is progressing constantly,and the degree of interconnection between countries is increasing day by day.In this context,communication and cooperation between China and Russia in the field of politics,economics and the humanities are becoming increasingly close.In the specific communication activities between the two countries,communication errors inevitably arise due to differences in language and culture.How to improve the quality and effect of Chinese-Russian intercultural communication and reduce communication errors have become a realistic problem to be solved urgently.Verbal communication and non-verbal communication are two important components of communicative behavior.In intercultural communication activities,they also have inseparable close relationships,which affect the process and result of communication.This thesis analyzes some specific phenomena and causes of cross-cultural communication errors between Chinese and Russian from the perspectives of verbal communication and non-verbal communication,and proposes corresponding countermeasures.It aims to avoid communication errors and truly promote mutual understanding and effective communication between China and Russia.This thesis consists of an introduction,three chapters and conclusion.The introduction introduces the research status,the theoretical and practical significance,the important and difficult points and the basic framework of this paper.The first chapter reviews related research from two aspects:intercultural communication and communication errors.The second chapter is the performance of Chinese-Russian intercultural communication errors,and reveals common phenomena with specific examples.The third chapter analyzes the causes of Chinese-Russian intercultural communication errors and proposes corresponding countermeasures.In the conclusion summarizes the results of the study.
