Research On Image Thought Of Character Documentary

My graduation work Character documentary "Tie'er's Wheelchairs" takes Liu Tie'er's invention of stair-climbing wheelchair as a narrative clue,showing Liu Tie'er's deep feelings for his wife Su Huiqiong and portraying him as a model worker's struggle course,as well as his spirit and domestic feelings.Researchers have tried to incorporate thought research into the field of documentary research and systematically analyzed the image thought in the "Tie'er's Wheelchairs",discussed the connotation,basic composition,and creative path of the character documentary image thought,and made the documentary creation process.The director's interpretation as a combination of sensory perception thought and image creation thought,image thought reflects the perception,grasping,and expression of the subject and object of creation,and is an important basis for the practice of character documentary creation.The basic composition of character documentary image thought includes four dimensions: time,space,sound and audience acceptance psychology.In the process of creating "Tie'er's Wheelchairs",the expression techniques of the image thought used by the creators include the hero's perspective and the long-shot narrative.And in the storytelling,the director's interpretation explained the film's creative process,film structure,and audiovisual creation.It explored the narrative comparison between language and image,the construction of the relationship between talking and listening,the organic integration of content and form,and the conclusion of characters,hoping to provide reference for future documentary creation practice and research.
