Visual Design Of Maternal And Child Care Center Under The The Guidance Of Service Design Thinking

With the continuous development of social economy,the improvement of people's living standard,the rise of female consciousness and the scientific and comfortable nursing of the moon are more and more favored by modern women.As a new demand growth point,the industry has become a hot spot in recent years.At present,most of the domestic research on visual design of mother and child nursing industry is carried out in the field of indoor design,and the attention to the potential needs of mother and child is limited to clinical medical care,each research angle is independent,and the comprehensive discussion is less.This topic consciously relates the service design related thinking mode and research tools with the existing visual design,analyzes and understands the potential problems in the field of maternal and child care from another perspective,and explores through the concrete design practice.The discussion of visual design is carried out.In this paper,three mother and child care centers as an example,select one of the Yunnan Wenshan nursing center for in-depth research and design.In this paper,the potential problems neglected in the service are discovered from the low emotional state of the user,and the scheme of optimizing the service is put forward from the point of view of design.The intervention of the puerperium service in the form of visual design is taken as an example.This paper discusses how to optimize the service quality of mother and child nursing industry from the point of view of design.The full text is studied through five chapters:Chapter 1.This paper introduces the research background,domestic and international research status,research purpose and significance,difficulties and innovative points,and expounds the importance and necessity of this research.Chapter 2.This paper expounds the basic theory of service design thinking,discusses the research methods and significance of visual design under the guidance of service design thinking,and explains the possibility and importance of service design thinking intervention in visual design.Chapter 3.In order to investigate the present situation of mother and child nursing center,the paper expounds the concrete situation and analysis process of three stages: early quantitative investigation,later qualitative investigation,and analysis of insight.The service design thinking method was used to study and summarize the problems of mother and child nursing center in detail,and the possibility of visual design was put forward in combination with the practical problems caused by the low emotional state of puerpera.That is,the visual design and improvement corresponding to "sense of achievement","security" and "happiness".Chapter 4.According to the specific and special problems found in the nursing center in the early research,combined with the contact point with the main stakeholders,the design practice of the brand image design and curriculum design of the nursing center was discussed.Chapter 5.This subject is summarized,including the basic method and process of visual design under the guidance of service design thinking,and the guidance summary of service design thinking on visual design under the specific condition of mother and child care center.
