| With the constant change of the world’s economic environment,the global industrial structure has gradually changed from the initial industrial economy to the era of service economy.With the improvement of the living standard of our people,the material needs have been basically met.More and more people have begun to pursue experience consumption at the spiritual and emotional levels.The era of experience economy has arrived.At the same time,with the change of population structure and the change of childbearing population,the post natal health of mothers and infants has become a problem that the society pays more attention to.Therefore,this paper will take the post natal health industry of mothers and infants as the starting point,and use the concept and method of service design to study the brand building of mother and infant care institutions.This paper first studies and collates the development status of the maternal and infant health industry,and analyzes the differences between domestic and foreign postpartum care concepts,so as to explore the current mainstream demand for postpartum care,and analyzes and studies the consumption environment in the experience economy era,combs the cross integration relationship between service design and other disciplines,and explores the manifestation of service design concepts in visual design.Secondly,the author went deep into the frontline of brand practice,investigated and participated in the brand construction of Shijiazhuang Yuexige Health Care Center.By introducing the concept of service design,this paper combs and summarizes the existing service processes in the maternal and infant postpartum care industry,and explores the design methods to improve service quality.Finally,through field research,we summarized the user needs of the maternal and infant postpartum care industry and optimized the overall service process.On this basis,we introduced brand image design with vision as the carrier to achieve the improvement of the final service quality. |
