A Study On The Legislative Protection Of Intangible Cultural Heritage In Mayang

Mayang,who has a long history and unique cultural environmental resources,is located in the northwest of Huaihua in Hunan province.There are many kinds of intangible cultural heritage,which shows the variety of Chinese culture.So protecting the intangible cultural heritage of Mayang is extremely important for us to gestate the cultural variety in the whole world."Intangible cultural heritage law of the People's Republic of China" passed in 2011 and the "Intangible cultural heritage ordinance of Hunan province" passed in 2016,are the major legal grounds of implementation of protecting the cultural heritage in Mayang.However,the two laws and regulations cannot perfectly match the situation of Mayang.Therefore,it is urgent and important for Mayang to build a corresponding regulation..In this thesis,what I think are the main and urgent problems in making the ordinance of protecting intangible cultural heritage in Mayang lies in the following points: how to define the concept of intangible cultural heritage in Mayang,how to protect the rights of representative predecessors.Basing on the above discussion and analysis,author puts forth"Mayang Legislative Proposal Draft of the Protection of Intangible Culture Heritage",in order to curb the disappearance of cultural resources,protect the variety of intangible cultural heritage and maintain cultural safety in Mayang.
