| Since the completion of the industrial revolution in the 19 th century,the process of world urbanization has been continuously increasing.The urbanization level has risen from 12% to 50%,while in developed countries it has risen to as much as 70%,since the beginning of the twentieth century to the end of the twentieth century.The city is no longer just a living area that contains basic necessities of life,like a commodity,more like a "big brand" that is spread.In recent years,the concept of city brand communication become more and more hot.The image of the city no longer just means the appearance of the city,it further encompasses the meaning of urbanism.Good city brand image can not only attract foreign investment,attract talent,promote the development of the local economy,but also to gather the people,so that people living in this city and harmonious coexistence.The purpose of this research is to explore how to enhance the visual image of the city in an all-round way so as to effectively promote the construction and dissemination of the city brand.The visual image of the city is the most direct manifestation of the degree in urban civilization,but also the embodiment of urban modernization and historical context.The role of urban visual image is ultimately to promote the spread of city brand.Based on the status quo of city brand and city visual image,this research project introduces relevant subject knowledge,constructs the theoretical framework in a comprehensive way,and finally supports the theoretical value in the form of practice.The uniqueness,coherence,development and dissemination of urban visual image have laid a solid foundation for the sustainable development of city brand communication.Its integration and promotion can be macroscopically from the three aspects of urban culture,urban marketing and urban communication.Performance strategy can be in-depth study of text,images,colors,so that the city’s brand image in highlighting the characteristics of the overall sublimation.Guided by the correct concept of constructing scientific development and sustainable development,this research project explores the visual image research in the construction of city brand image combining with the political,economic and cultural aspects of the city.Realizing the dual meaning of "urban cultural capital" while promoting the city’s all-round development while inheriting the history. |
