"Eighteen Dragon God(????)"is a special folk belief in Lintan County of Gannan Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture in Gansu province, which retains a set of unique sacrificial activities and folklore. For a long time,"Eighteen Dragon God"folk religion worship is generally considered to be the early Ming Dynasty generals, whose source is the tribution of the Ming emperor Zhu Yuanzhang and the Jianghuai area immigrants in the early Ming Dynasty. Many anthropological and ethnographic studies have worked on this basis, but there is no strong, convincing argument to prove it."An Shikui(???)"from Chengguan town is one of the"Eighteen Dragon Gods"of Lintan County. His name is not recorded in any historical documents, and there is no clear provenance to it in lintan, which is unique in the"Eighteen dragon gods".The author of this paper used this as a clue and discovered that the list of Dragon Gods is uncertain in Lintan County and surrounding area.Including the"An Shikui",many of the Dragon Temple exist in the original temple site—"Niangjia(??)."This proves that there is a widespread phenomenon of the temple site migration of the Dragon Temple in history. The origin and appearance of the dragon god in niangjia began to differ greatly, among which some of the dragon gods began to appear in the color of the family god.The field survey found that the belief of the family god in the local area is common, and there is probably a set of construction patterns of"Family god—Village god—the dragon god".Analysis of the Ming and Qing Dynasties sacrificial system can also prove that there is no direct connection between the "Eighteen dragon gods" and the official belief, which belongs to the complete local manufacturing.Lintan's unique Dragon Boat Festival is a cultural show. The aim is not to commemorate the early Ming generals, but to pray for rain under the leadership of the local government. From the title of Dragon God,there are also hidden traces of the belief of "Qiu God" and Water god in Song and Yuan Dynasty. It is the Qingmiaohui society that is in appearance with the Dragon Temple. The headquarters of Qingmiaohui society may formally enter the stage of history in the middle of the Qing Dynasty.Large-scale Qingmiaohui society often have Tibetan roads.Three of the "Eighteen Dragon God" are strongly characterized by the Tibetan mountain god.Its prominent position in Lintan is also highly related to the Tibetan chieftain of Yang. Therefore, the source of the "Eighteen Dragon God" system in Lintan County may be quite complicated. The middle and late qing dynasty may be an important time node for the formation of the "Eighteen Dragon God" system.Folk literature and Qinqiang opera are likely to provide an important reference for the naming of Dragon gods in the folk belief of "Eighteen Dragon God" in Lintan.Taking the folk narration in the folk belief of Lintan as an example, this paper also discusses a kind of The motif of Loyalty which is spread in the folk narration in China, and analyzes the continuation of the "Shamanism Rationailized" in the and analyzes the continuation of the “Wushi history tradition”in anthropological fields.
