Influenced by the market economy and the mass consumption culture,the intangible cultural heritage of the ethnic minorities in our country has gradually formed the business card effect of "cultural platform economy singing play" in the process of protection and development.As a national intangible cultural heritage,the Folk Song Fair of the Zhuang nationality in Guangxi is not only a group activity of the Zhuang ethnic group,but also a kind of ritual performance,which is mainly used to maintain the ethnic memory of the Zhuang people with the symbol of the folk songs.The ritual Dissemination View of the Zhuang Folk Song Fairs refers to the support of the Zhuang society in time and space by the community activities of the song exchange,emphasizing the ritual sharing the culture of the folk song fairs from the Zhuang people.From time to time,the change of ritual propagation of Zhuang folk song fairs from traditional to modern is mainly manifested in the change of media transmission mode,that is,the media dissemination of singing ceremony.From the oral transmission of family,ethnic group and community to the spread of media diversification: on one hand,it is the disintegration of the personal centered way of family transmission,the disintegration of the ceremony as the center of the ethnic group;on the other hand,it is transferred from the human and the population to the stage and media organization,which reveals the new trend of the network communication.In space,the Sanyuesan Singing Festival,which evolved from the Zhuang’s Folk Song Fairs,shows the characteristics of the migration from the countryside to the center of the town,which mainly takes the community and the market as the transmission field.Relying on the forms of this festival,the government departments represented by the state integrate the media resources to promote the media resources,and make the symbols of the Zhuang Folk Song Fairs into the cultural brand of the Song Festival in Guangxi.In the urban public cultural space,it is characterized by the media,symbolization and commercialization of the ceremony of the Song Fairs.Thanks to the folk excavation as well as the creation of official culture operated b y the government,the Sanyuesan Song Festival of the Zhuang nationality(a traditional folk festival of ZHUANG,which takes place on the 3rd March in the Lunar Calendar.I t is also called Singing Festival,especially prevailing in Guangxi.)has gradually become a collection of national traditional culture and the function of investment of the festi val brand in Guangxi with the media integration and diversification of the stage display form.In the process of communication,the official style of the Song Festival made the function of the song fair change from "amusing God" to "entertaining people",and the center of gravity is shifted from the inheritance of national culture to the inclination of mass cultural consumption.The Song Festival is gradually becoming a festival symbol shared by all the Zhuang people in Guangxi.From the analysis of three aspects of material,psychology and media field,the problem of low recognition and inactive participation of Guangxi people for the official Festival ceremony is mapped."Sanyuesan Festival" is an important part of the construction of festival culture of ethnic minorities in China.The Song Festival ceremony,such as "Sanyuesan Singing Festival",has gradually become a microcosm of the transformation,dissemination,identification and development of minority festivals.The dissemination of minority culture is based on the festivals,emphasizing the official propaganda concept present in the country.The government-led ritual dissemination focuses on the "transmission concept",and releases the authoritative information with the mainstream media,"to achieve the distance and the control of people by the process of space dissemination and release",that is,to transmit the festival information to the maximum.But to some certain extent,the collective identity created by the ritual sharing of the people involved in the presence has also been ignored.Therefore,the author believes that the main body of the inheritance and dissemination of folk culture in ethnic minority areas should be returned to the local people,and the identity and identity of the government,the media,the people and the tourists should be clarified in the process of the ceremony.The role of local culture circle should be strengthened.On one hand,the government should preserve the traditional culture of festivals and ceremonies.On the other hand,it should retain the traditional inheritance and dissemination form,expand the mode of the festival and spread the mode of festivals,on the other hand,pay more attention to the moderate development of the development as the target,give full play to the cultural protection and industrial development force present in the country,and give priority to the minority areas.The region has a unique culture industry that cannot be replicated.
