At present,the development of movie and television industry reached an unprecedented prosperity stage,the development of TV industry has been towards to a new height with various types of TV series.As a mass media that is highly dependent by the audience,it not only affects and even changes the way of life of the audience,but also affects the audience's ideology.The mass media's expression about social gender and women media image,although it not represent the female images in the real society,but it reflects people's perception about gender issues,the cognition to the women's social status,and make this cognitive attitude to participate in the social value of gender norms in a way.Since the 1980 s,the female characters in our TV series are diverse,which provides a positive guidance for the real life of women and conveys positive social ideas and significance.But with the development of media,there still some problems in producing and communacating need to be solved.For instance,the sex ratio in TV series is imbalance,there are far more men than women,and male perspective conveying women characters and their story compare with women themselves are more prone to bias.Therefore,we should try our best to ensure the balance of the sex ratio in the process of the creation which reflecting the real media image of women,and correct gender consciousness to convey the real famale media image.Also,TV series have a negative attitude towards some female images,which tends to stereotype the audience and create negative social influence,So we have to try to avoid that.This research takes three of the Chinese television award for the best actress winners as the research samples,for the changing analysis about female images in TV series.The text is divided into six parts,firstly,mainly about the introduction,the reasons for the topic selection,research significanceand methods,points of innovation.This text is focused on the 118 series since 1980 s,which get a long-time and huge quantitis,the results of this text will be more comprehensive.The first chapter is the interpretation of relevant theoretical concepts and the research status of feminism at home and abroad.The two key words of this study are media images and feminism,and summarize the existing research results.Interpretating the concepts: gender theory and stereotype.The second chapter is from the view of social gender theory,the man behind scenes,such as directors,writers.And found that the sex ratio imbalance,it is easy to affect women media image of the real society.Three awards winning entries in the third chapter is the analysis in the general description of female images,to show age and occupations,the female protagonist in carries on the quantitative analysis as the research sample,found predominantly young women in the age distribution,career to service employment to occupy a higher number.At the same time,The female media image has experienced four periods in the process of development and vicissitude.From silence female image to holding up the sky,from selflessness to finding the theirselves,focus on their own developmenst.In addition,it sums up the perplexity and confusion of women in TV series.The fourth chapter is the winning entries for different types of women in media image change on the concrete analysis: family women,career women,successful entrepreneurial women,rural women,explore the type of women in the locked up and out of social stereotypes.The media image ofdomestic women has always been unable to get rid of social stereotypes.Women focus on family life;Professional women family status in the social change,social status in gradually improve,jump out of the stereotype of at the same time,the social requirement for women but also in unceasing enhancement,to shape women into "superwoman" image;Entrepreneurial women from the early stage of the family and career of water and fire are not allowed to the late husband and wife mutual support;Women in rural areas constantly promote the stereotype of stereotype,and get rid of the stereotype of social culture.The fifth chapter is the thinking and suggestions of related issues,we should strengthen media literacy,focusing on women groups,get rid of stereotypes,to keep pace sets up the firm faith to carry forward the correct values.
