Cultural Creative Industry have been the most concerned about China and the world, "2008 Annual China's Creative Industries Report" shows that the development of Creative Industries in China have maintained good momentum.The Enterprises of Creative Industries in the main business revenue growth from 49.51%in 2005 to 79.23%in 2008.By the Cultural Creative brought about economic and social benefits,researchers from all walks of life have to look into this high-tech industry.Thus,studying Cultural Creative Industry in the perspective of Communication Studies is the academic and social hotspot.Paper is used from the general to the specific.From Communication Perspective,analyze Cultural Creative Industry development from the status quo,in the development of the problems faced by,to solve the problem of the Technology Road.The development of Cultural Creative Industry process,impede the Cultural Creative Industry development for a more complete and systematic analysis and give the feasible recommendations.In this paper,the concept of Cultural Creative Industry,Cultural Creative Industry features for the entry point,analysis of the thesis research background and significance,and thinning of the rationale for the research paper ideas,so the full paper has a clear structure.On this basis,According to the latest data on Cultural Creative Industry analysis of the status quo and the characteristic performance,and give the main problems and external problems that hinder the development of China's Cultural Creative Industry.and these issues precisely are stumbling blocks hindering the efficient dissemination of Cultural Creative,at the same time, are the key issues facing about development of Cultural Creative Industry,Deal with these problems is one of focusing on aspects of the researchers.In addition,in the papers in the fourth part,using the perspective of Communication Studies study the Cultural Creative, Given the spread model of Cultural Creative,and supporting specific cases.The last part of thesis are the issues in developing of Cultural Creative Industry,given the feasible and effective countermeasures,highlight the Cultural Creative Industry talents of the key,as well as colleges and universities training talents are very important in developing process of the Cultural Creative Industry.
