Protection Of Intangible Cultural Heritage In Cangnan County Of Zhejiang Province

As an important manifestation of traditional culture,intangible cultural heritage is an indispensable part of rural rejuvenation and prosperity.Therefore,the protection of intangible cultural heritage has become a key step to enhance rural cultural taste and realize rural revival.Cangnan County,Zhejiang Province,has been an immigrant society since ancient times.The conflict and fusion of multi-ethnic groups and multi-lifestyles in history have gradually developed and formed Cangnan’s unique immigrant culture,farming culture and commercial culture.Its intangible cultural heritage has the characteristics of multi-ethnic,multi-content and multi-form,and it is regarded as an intangible culture.The research object of the protection of heritage has strong representativeness.Based on the theory of Public governance theory and government function theory,this paper firstly summarizes and expounds the research results on the protection of intangible cultural heritage at home and abroad;secondly,through case analysis,questionnaires and other forms,the relevant general situation of Cangnan County,especially the work done by the Cangnan County government in the protection of intangible cultural heritage This paper makes a description and introduction of the difficulties and problems encountered by the Cangnan County government in the process of protection,such as:the government does not attach enough importance to the protection of funds,lack of personnel,social participation rate is not high,and its causes are analyzed;finally,combined with the experience of domestic and foreign literature methods and questionnaires.This paper puts forward some suggestions to improve the protection of intangible cultural heritage in Cangnan County,focused on the following aspects:government leading,multi-leverage,talent orientation,public opinion orientation,digital protection and development of "intangible cultural heritage" industry.It plays a certain role in promoting the protection of intangible cultural heritage in cangnan county.
