The flipped classroom teaching model,which originated from the United States,is the product of the information technology.It is an innovation and beneficial supplement to the traditional teaching model.It has been accepted by more and more schools both at home and abroad acceptance,experiment,application,research and achieved a lot of results.Preschool teachers' oral Chinese is a compulsory course for preschool education students.This course stresses the teaching of theoretical knowledge and pays more attention to the training of students' skills.Constrained by the traditional teaching mode,during the practical teaching of preschool teachers' oral Chinese,often the teacher who speaks and the students receive passively,theoretical knowledge often squeezes out skills training.The traditional teaching mode can no longer meet the needs of preschool teachers' oral Chinese teaching.The teaching idea and form of flipped classroom bring a new way of thinking for preschool teachers' oral teaching reform.The purpose of this study is to explore a new way for preschool teachers' oral teaching methods so that students are becoming the master of the classroom.Therefore,students can maximize the knowledge and skills which are helpful to themselves within a limited time.According to this study,2017-2018 academic year first semester grades,students' learning situation and final judgement from 16 tangshan industrial vocational and technical college pre-school education professional eight bliss,select the two basic consistent class overall situation,respectively as the experimental classes and contrast classes,early childhood teachers in experimental classes turn oral English classroom design and application of teaching experiment,and based on the experimental results,on the basis of questionnaire survey in preschool teachers speaking turn classroom teaching strategies and Suggestions.Through the investigation and analysis of the study situation and effect of the experimental class and the contrast class,the author draws the following conclusions.In the oral teaching of preschool teachers,by using the overturned class teaching form in a certain proportion,we can effectively make up for the shortcomings of the traditional teaching methods,and can more effectively realize the interaction between the teachers and students,and better stimulate the students' self-learning,the ability to study and the ability of the team work.We try to promote the development of the students' personality and make the students obtain the most useful knowledge and skills in a limited time of the class.At the meantime,with the help of online learning and online interaction in the amateur time,we attempt to make the limited classroom more extended.The most valuable thing is that this way of teaching can enhance the students' self-learning ability,which is more practical for the future preschool educators in this increasingly intellectual time.
