Research On Protection Of Jianping County Intangible Cultural Heritage "Shiwanghui"

Strengthen of intangible cultural heritage protection is not only the needs of nation and people's development but also the inevitable demand of dialogue of civilizations and sustainable development of human.China always attaches great importance to cultural heritage.For purpose of carrying forward excellent traditional culture,mountains of work have been done and have made remarkable achievements.The sixth plenary session of the 17th central committee of the CPC clearly proposed to make great efforts to protect intangible cultural heritage.From national to local,four-level intangible cultural heritage list has been preliminarily formed.Meanwhile,identification and naming of representative successors of intangible cultural heritage at provincial-level,city-level and county-level have been performed continuously.On the basis of the efforts,some productive protection bases of intangible cultural heritage have been established.Therefore,strengthen of intangible cultural heritage protection becomes an urgent issue that must be solved by Party and government.Taking JianPing county "Shiwanghui" as the research object,the thesis applies synergetic governance theory,analyzing the current protection,prominent problems and reasons,putting forward some specific countermeasures for development and protection of"Shiwanghui" by literature analysis,comparative analysis and field investigation.Specifically,the thesis is divided into six chapters.The first chapter is the introduction,including background of topic selection,significance,and research status of intangible cultural heritage at home and abroad,methods and innovation points.The second chapters are summary and relevant theoretical researches,covering meaning of intangible cultural heritage,theoretical basis and analysis framework.The third Chapter collects current protection of JianPing"Shiwanghui",pointing out problems and reasons.Fourth chapter are references of other successful domestic intangible cultural heritage protection experiences which are referring to Wuhan acrobatics and JianPing paper-cut,presenting protection ideas that are all-around,stereo metric formula,systematic feasible.Fifth chapter perfects protection principles and countermeasures of JianPing "Shiwanghui" which should be under guidance of positive protection,integrity,interpretation,sustainable development and synergetic governance.On the basis of synergetic governance analysis framework,protection countermeasures are put forward,such as founding protection organization of JianPing“Shiwanghui",setting up diversified capital mechanism,development mechanism,representative successors protection mechanism,and building specific multi participation and synergetic governance protection mechanism.
