The Cultural Conflicts And Trade Between China And Western Countries During The Late Qing Dynasty

In the late Qing Dynasty,the government's attitude towards western culture gradually turned from contempt to the trend of the "new" and the "West".In this paper,I hope that the method with the combination of historical analysis and evolutionary game analysis,can analysis the process and reasons of the change in attitude.First of all,based on the viewpoints about cultural in the new institutional economics,I got the definition of culture: it's not only a part of the game,but the rules of action and the main game on game function of payment,which refers to people's way of life and emotion;Secondly,carding on the conflict between Chinese and Western culture in the late Qing Dynasty,the intellectuals and the comprador class of treaty ports in late Qing government dealt with the four aspects of the attitude of western countries historical materials,sort out the development trend of the conflict between Chinese and Western culture and foreign trade;then,introduces the evolutionary game and subjective game theory,equilibrium analysis and process;and then,the establishment of the government of the late Qing Dynasty and the western countries.Two evolutionary game model of the government and the public in the late Qing Dynasty,through the game analysis to reveal the impact of foreign trade in the late Qing Dynasty,the conflict between Chinese and Western culture.Finally,it analyzes the other factors that may influence the change of people's attitude towards western culture in the late Qing dynasty.The China society,people in the late Qing Dynasty to the western culture and the concept of Chinese and Western culture conflicts has been completely different,how people change so profound attitude towards western culture,explore the process is conducive to China in the level of economic and cultural exchanges with Western countries.The new period,how people should treat the western culture,how to learn western culture "essence",the problem of how to maintain the independence of the traditional culture and cultivate the national self-confidence and so on,can be a useful answer in the historical perspective.
