Along with the achievements of excellent teaching models such as Dulangkou teaching model, the exploration of teaching models has been set off among various schools in different areas.Qiankou Middle School is one of them. This study verifies whether Four Queries and Six Steps Teaching Model of Qiankou Middle School can effectively improve students' English scores through experimental research and finds out the problems in the application of this teaching model through questionnaires, and gives some Suggestions. This research uses experimental research method to test the effectiveness of Four Queries and Six Steps Teaching Model in improving English scores of junior high school students. Two classes in Grade 7 were chosen from Qiankou Middle School were chosen. There are no significant differences between the performances of the two classes.During the experiment, the two classes were taught by the same English teacher, and the students had the same number of hours of English study. The English teaching in the experimental class adopted Four Queries and Six Steps Teaching Model, while the reference class continued to adopt a teacher-centered traditional teaching mode. This paper makes comparisons and analysis of the scores.Perform an F test on the results of the middle test. The sig value,0.768,is greater than the significance level of 0.05,indicating that there is no difference in the variance of the two samples.According to the results of the T-test,the sig value,0.407,is greater than0.05,indicating that there is no difference between the two groups of samples, that is,the performance levels of the two classes are equivalent.Although the results of the experimental class have improved, but the results of the control class have also improved, although the difference in the mean has expanded, but it is not obvious. It shows that the teaching mode is not obvious in the initial stage of teaching.Performan F test on the results of the post test. The sig value,0.906,is greater than the significance level of 0.05,indicating that there is no difference in the variance of the two samples.According to the results of the T test, the sig value,0.036,is less than0.05,indicating that there is a significant difference between the two groups of samples, that is,the difference in the performance levels of the two classes. The average score of the experimental class is higher than that of the control class, indicating that the performance of the experimental class has been significantly improved, which can indicate that the teaching mode is better. After the implementation of Four Queries and Six Steps Teaching Model, some success has been achieved. However, due to teachers' limited quality, understanding, mastery, application of the mode and their reflection after class, the effects supposed to be achieved after the application of the mode have not been fully realized.Through the summary of teaching experience and the analysis of questionnaire data,it is found that there are some problems in practical application. For example, some teachers have not fully utilized the students' subjectivity, really grasp the academic situation and pay attention to all students very well. The evaluation of students needs to be improved, and the quality of preparation for classes needs to be further improved. Some teachers value teaching while neglecting classroom management.Their observation, educational wit and ability to control the class need to be improved. At the same time, the way to get to know the situation of the test in the hall is relatively simple. This paper also gives some suggestions for these issues. When using this teaching model, the results of the case study are not universal.Second, the research time is limited, and its scientificity can only be verified through long-term and further experiments in the future.
