Research On The Training Of Qingtian Stone Carving Talents By The Government

The industrious Chinese nation has created many valuable intangible cultural heritages,and the cultivation of non-legacy craftsmen is an important part of the protection and development of intangible cultural heritages.However,with the changes of the times,people’s consumption view and employment view have undergone profound changes,coupled with long-term emphasis on knowledge over skills and other reasons,so that the traditional craftsmen,especially high-quality master craftsmen gradually show a state of drain.Qingtian stone carving is a national intangible cultural heritage,with 30,000 employees.Influenced by the downturn of the industry,the contingent of craftsmen is also facing many problems,such as weak succession of talents,aging of high-skilled talents and so on.This paper takes "the government supports the cultivation of Qingtian stone carving craftsmen" as the research object,and studies how the government exerts its public function in the cultivation of craftsmen,enlarges the troop size,improves the skill level of craftsmen,and realizes the inheritance and protection of intangible cultural heritage.From the government’s point of view,through the methods of literature research and inquiry,this paper makes a deep research on the government’s support for the cultivation of Qingtian stone carving craftsmen on the basis of drawing lessons from the theory of government functions,human capital and other public management theories.Firstly,this paper reviews the research status of the cultivation of skilled personnel at home and abroad,and defines the basic concepts and related theories of the cultivation of skilled personnel;secondly,it introduces the Qingtian stone carving and its technology,and sorts out the current situation of the cultivation of skilled personnel supported by the government.Thirdly,on the basis of visiting and investigating,this paper analyzes the problems of weak pertinence,inadequate social propaganda and inadequate management functions in Qingtian stone carving talents training supported by the government.Based on this,the following countermeasures and suggestions are put forward for the government to support the cultivation of Qingtian stone carving craftsmen:1.The government should perfect the management system of craftsmen.Increase the financial input of technological talents,establish the information database of technological talents,and build the growth channel of stone carving technology talents.2.the government should optimize the environment for the development of technological talents.The government planning process talent development environment,strengthens policies to encourage research and development of works,strengthens the protection of intellectual property rights of works,and actively builds a platform for exchange and display of craftsmen.3.the government strengthens the mechanism of school enterprise cooperation.The government supports school enterprise cooperation,implements the evaluation system of school enterprise cooperation,and establishes the apprenticeship career planning system.
