In the current society, people's work pressure is getting bigger and bigger, psychological problems are constantly generated, and the demand for psychological intervention is also growing. In recent years, active intervention has become a more frequently used intervention in psychological intervention.Solution-Focused Brief Therapy has been widely used as a quick-acting and short-course intervention in active intervention.Although SFBT is widely praised in its application, there are few studies on the perceptual level and cognitive mechanism level of SFBT intervention, and no studies have explored the effective process of SFBT.Therefore,in order to solve the above problems, this paper has carried out the following research:Experiment 1: Using convenient sampling,60 female nurses with severe burnout were divided into experimental group 30(30.53±6.71)and control group 30(30.87±5.74).Using the Facial Expressions of Emotions–Stimuli and Tests series set and PANAS to investigate the changes of emotional processing sensitivity and emotional state after a single SFBT intervention and multiple SFBT interventions. The results showed that: 1)After a single SFBT intervention, the subjects' processing sensitivity to happy and sad emotions was significantly improved, and the positive emotions of the subjects were significantly increased by the scale evaluation.2)After multiple SFBT interventions, the subjects' processing sensitivity to anger, disgust, happiness and sadness was enhanced, and their positive emotions were also significantly enhanced.Experiment 2: Using convenient sampling,60 female nurses with severe burnout were divided into experimental group 30(30.53±6.71)and control group 30(30.87±5.74).Using the cue-target and APNI to investigate whether the attention bias of the subjects was changed after a single SFBT intervention and multiple SFBT interventions. The results showed that: 1)After a single SFBT intervention, the positive attention bias score of the subjects increased significantly;2)After multiple SFBT interventions, the positive attention bias score of the subjects still increased significantly, while the negative attention bias score decreased significantly. In summary,SFBT intervention can enhance the positive emotions of female burnout nurses, and at the perceptual level,it shows increased sensitivity to positive emotions and negative emotions;at the cognitive mechanism level,it increases the positive attention bias and reduces negative attention bias;research on the initiation process of SFBT shows,a single SFBT intervention can cause significant changes in the positive aspects of female burnout nurses, but the negative aspects changes are relatively minor and require multiple interventions to achieve significant levels.
