Objective: To investigate the current situation of nurses' work-family conflict, regulatory emotional self-efficacy and job burnout, find out the influence of work-family conflict on nurse job burnout and mechanism of regulatory emotional self-efficacy between them, and provide a theoretical basis and feasible way to reduce the level of nurses' job burnout. Methods: The Work-family conflict Scale,Regulatory Emotional Self-Efficacy Scale(RES)and Maslach Burnout Inventory—General Survey(MBI-GS)were used to investigate the status of 368 nurses in two general hospitals in Weifang. The data obtained from the questionnaire are processed and analyzed by spss22.0 for independent sample t test, variance analysis and regression analysis. To analyze the current situation of nurses' work-family conflict, regulatory emotional self-efficacy and job burnout, explore the relationship among them.Result: 1?The score of nurses' work-family conflict was significantly higher than that of family-work conflict. In the aspect of nursing age, cultural level, marital status and fertility condition there are significant differences in nurses' work-family conflict.2? There are significant differences in regulatory emotional self-efficacy of nurses with different nursing age, marital status and fertility condition.3? The overall level of nurses' job burnout is moderate burnout. And there are both significant differences in job burnout of nurses with different marital status and different fertility conditions.4? There is a significant positive correlation between work-family conflict and nurses' job burnout. And there is no significant correlation between work-family conflict and regulatory emotional self-efficacy.There is a significant negative correlation between regulatory emotional self-efficacy and nurses' job burnout.5? Work-family conflict can predict the degree of nurses' job burnout and can explain 11.5% of the variance of job burnout of nurses.6? Regulatory emotional self-efficacy moderates the influence of work-family conflict on nurses' burnout. In other words, the degree of job burnout caused by work-family conflict of nurses who have high regulatory emotional self-efficacy is lower than those with low regulatory emotional self-efficacy.Conclusion: There is significant difference between nurses' job burnout and work-family conflict. And there is also significant difference between nurses' job burnout and regulatory emotional self-efficacy.The degree of job burnout caused by work-family conflict of nurses is influenced by their regulatory emotional self-efficacy.In other words, nurses who have high regulatory emotional self-efficacy is affected lighter than those with low regulatory emotional self-efficacy.
