Starting with the Sino-Russian relations in the 1960 s,this paper discusses the social impact caused by the blending of historical consciousness and family and country feelings during that period.Through the combination of macro-analysis of Sino-Russian relations and micro-analysis of the humanistic feelings between lovers of the two countries in the film, this paper probes into the theme of emotional communication between the Chinese and Russian people. However the movie "Saying It Still" directed by myself gives a new interpretation of the relationship between China and Russia(Sino-Soviet)from the honeymoon period to the Cold War period from the humanistic perspective through the love affair of a Sino-Russian pair of multinational couples. The process from love to separation between the two lovers indicates the instability between countries, and the " search for relatives in the native land" of later generations also reveals the current relationship between the two countries.Viewing the film from a political perspective, the film provides scholars with an interpretation of the time background of the relationship between the two countries at that time. From the perspective of humanities and arts, the emotion of family affection continuing to friendship is what people need and is also the soul of the humanistic film.At the same time, the film opens up a thinking direction for the audience to re-understand the relationship between the two countries and emotional experiences such as family affection and love.
