Research On Optimization Of GW Film And Television Capital Company's Structure

The blue book on media published in 2017:China's media industry development report(2017)believes that the development of China's media industry will usher in another golden ten years.China's media industry has the characteristics of slow capital flow and high financial pressure,and enterprises can alleviate the financial pressure of enterprises by improving capital structure.This paper mainly studies the capital structure of media companies.Taking GW film and television as an example,it analyzes the capital structure of GW film and television,finds out the problems and provides countermeasures and suggestions.This paper first introduces the background and significance of the research,summarizes the literature at home and abroad and reviews the literature,and then introduces the research methods,research framework and research innovation.Then,the analysis of the operation status of GW film and television shows that the company performs poorly in terms of profitability and solvency.Aiming at the problem of discovery from the perspective of capital structure,this paper compares GW film and television with Huayi Brothers,the leading enterprise in the industry,and finds that the capital structure of GW film and television has a high level of debt,irrational structure of debt,and lack of full use of equity capital to finance.The analysis finds that the reason is that the internal financing ability of the company is not strong,the pursuit of low capital cost blindly,the high degree of ownership concentration,and frequent mergers and acquisitions since the listing.Finally,from the static and dynamic two sides to optimize the company's capital structure,it is considered that the asset liability ratio between 40%-50%is most conducive to the development of enterprises.And put forward specific suggestions for the optimization of the company's capital structure.The innovation of this article lies in the study of the capital structure of the film and television industry.Through the analysis of the capital structure characteristics of 102 companies in the industry,the capital structure characteristics of the film and television industry are summarized.At present our country economy is developing steadily,people's demand for culture is increasing day by day,under such background,the development of film and television industry has ushered in the golden age,this article's capital structure research of film and television industry is helpful to the film and television industry to reform deeply,seize the development opportunity.
